Victoria Park Gate
Working with JLL to bring to market Victoria Park Gate; a unique opportunity to create a landmark residential development, uniting heritage restoration with contemporary architecture in a desirable parkland setting.
To reflect the elegance and character of the scheme, we developed a visual identity centred around a line drawing of the building’s striking façade, capturing both its architectural detail and timeless presence. Typography was carefully chosen to balance between classic and contemporary, subtly referencing the site’s historic roots while aligning with its forward-facing regeneration.
The result is a premium, timeless identity that positions the development with confidence and clarity.
