Working alongside JLL and Allsop, we delivered a leasing campaign for a vacant floor within The Now Building, Tottenham Court Road. Our brief was to position the space as a premium offering, mirroring the high-specification fit-out throughout the property, while reflecting the uniqueness of the architecture and it’s unrivalled location.
Situated just 5 metres from Tottenham Court Road station the fourth-floor office benefits from outstanding connectivity and a rare private roof terrace. The space offers a best-in-class workspace with unique outdoor amenity.
This was a high-impact, fast-moving campaign where quality and clarity were key. The result is a strong, targeted marketing package that communicates the space’s key attributes effectively and with confidence.
